Amof Fjell Process Technology is proud to announce that we have won a contract for delivery of a compact fishmeal plant (CFP) to the Faroe Island company Havborg’s new freezer trawler.

The CFP has a capacity of handling 70 tons of raw material per 24 hours and is designed and delivered by AMOF Fjell Process Technology AS.

The trawler is designed by Skipsteknisk (ST-119), and is to be built at Tersan Shipyard, Turkey with delivery in 2022. 

The CFP will produce high quality marine proteins and fish oil from fish waste and cut-offs. The contract for the fishmeal plant was placed in September and the com-pletion of the delivery will be in October 2021.
